 Painting Department |
|
The painting department is
a series service production plant including manual painting
line, automatic painting line, silk-screen line, tempo-printing
line and bronzing line, with about 450 workers. This department
is a professional plastic painting and printing production plant
that can print all kinds of complex bronzing. The monochrome
and double-color tempo printing machines and bronzing machine
equipment are produced by internationally famous enterprises
such as Henhui and Zhongke. Winners’ Sun also has rubber and
armor plate processing room, and all production flow is a system
task. The following are tools used by the painting department
in paint production.
1. 30 manual painting cabinets: main product craftwork is done
by painting with mask, lid mold and plastic metal painting.
2. Automatic painting line is mainly used on high-quality requirement
of craftwork (such as UV and real phone covers) or the large
purchase order painting.
3. 100 silk-screen machines are present: the main production
craftwork include electroplate keys, transparent keys, transparent
lens, real cover silk-screen and real lens silk-screen.
4. 20 tempo machines, which can support all kinds of large orders.
We also have 6 bronzing machines, including 3 manual machines
and 3 automatic ones.
